So you have made the decision to study, but which qualification is right for you?

This should help you decide:

Level 3

• Newly appointed/aspiring supervisors
• May already hold a Level 2 team leading qualification

Level 5

• Middle managers working at an operational level within the organisation - responsible for budgets, recruitment and appraisals
• May already hold a Level 3 supervisory management qualification

Level 7

• Working as a senior manager in the business with an input into the strategic direction of the organisation
• May already hold a Level 5 management qualification
